When working in Photoshop very often such a situation arises, when we choose a tool, for example, "Brush" and start drawing on paper with a picture and nothing happens.
And we can not understand what happened with us, why does not work tool?
For a long time to suffer and can not understand. In this case, it turned out that the regime at hand I have is not "normal" and "Overlay", and therefore does not paint brush.
If I put a normal mode, we brush starts operating.
Therefore, before you use any tool, right-click the icon of the tool in the upper left part of the program, in this case, a "brush".
A list of two items, select "Reset Tool" and now, we can calmly draw a brush in our document.
