How to Empty the Memory Card and Delete Videos—by ShotKam
Learn how to delete videos off the camera's memory using either a phone or laptop. It can save up to 2,000 videos on the internal memory card. For Windows PC, read more below:
Windows PC Computer:
1. Plug ShotKam into your computer
2. Open File Explorer (yellow folder icon)
3. Click on "ShotKam" in the left-hand column
4. Open the ShotKam folder which will contain all your dated folders (after you have gone shooting)
5. Select the dated folder, then hit "Delete" on your keyboard. Another option: right-click on the dated folder with your mouse, then select "Delete"
Mac Computer:
1. Plug ShotKam into your computer
2. Open Finder
3. Click on "ShotKam" in the left-hand column
4. Open the ShotKam folder which will contain all your dated folders (after you have gone shooting)
5. Select the dated folder, right click (or ctrl + click), then Move to Trash
6. Empty the Trash Bin on your computer before unplugging the camera
iPhone/iPad/Android Phone/Tablet:
1. Turn ON the camera's Wi-Fi
2. Open the Settings on your device, then connect to "ShotKam" Wi-Fi
3. Open ShotKam app
4. Tap on Play icon (blue triangle)
5. Tap on Trash icon, select the dated folder, then hit the Trash icon again to permanently delete the videos
