REAL ESTATE IN GERMANY IS VERY EXPENSIVE, AND MORE AND MORE GERMANS ARE NOT INVESTING IN BUILDING HOUSES OR BUYING APARTMENTS THERE. GERMANY IS AN OVERLY REGULATED COUNTRY, SO EVERY PIECE OF PAPER COSTS MONEY. THE STAGNATION IN REAL ESTATE CONSTRUCTION IS AFFECTING THE OVERALL PERFORMANCE OF THE GERMAN ECONOMY. THERE ARE NO CONSTRUCTION SITES, NO JOBS, NO AFFORDABLE HOUSING. I conclude that because of this, real estate prices in Germany are unreasonably high. I found an excellent property option for Germany that has revolutionized the entire construction industry. This is an inexpensive mobile home that's easily transported anywhere and connected to city utilities, including gas, electricity, sewer, and water. You can see an overview of this type of home in this video. Models of these homes are widely available in France, where there are no strict rules governing the layout of a house on a plot, its color, or its design. In Germany, however, each federal state and each city has its own complex requirements for home appearance. By complicating the rules and requirements for home appearance, such homes simply don't exist in Germany. Although wheels don't spoil this home, once it's delivered to its destination, the wheels can be removed and discarded, and the lower portion of this mobile home can be finished with a decorative foundation made of any material—brick, concrete, or wood. Buying a home in Germany, preferably an affordable one, is the dream of many renters. We liked a lot about France, although it was very hot there, and we often had to run to the Mediterranean to cool off. We checked the prices in local grocery stores; they're more expensive than in Germany, but the selection is several times greater. Restaurant prices are about the same as in Germany. At the end of the video, I brought up the topic of the late resettlers of 2025. According to the latest information from many sources, it seems they're not welcome in Germany.
