The next episode in the Getting Started on VATSIM Mini-Series takes us on from the arrivals tutorial where we flew the STAR and began to be vectored in for final approach.
...we continue from the basic principles of that and look at what we could expect to hear and be told to do when approaching the airport on VATSIM.
We'll briefly discuss RNP (aka RNAV, GPS, GNSS Approaches), VOR approaches and ILS approaches; and we'll consider what the controllers might say to us during each phase of our approach and landing.
