A year or so later after confronting Abby in the theater, Ellie and Dina settle down on a farm with baby JJ trying to live a normal life. Despite all of this, Ellie still suffers from Anxiety and PTSD. She has become noticeably more skinny as time went on from lack of sleep and from loss of apetite.
