Stress
Family history
Smoking (more specifically, giving up smoking)
Bleeding is normally because you are not cleaning interdentally
Treat bleeding gums by
Brushing regularly
Brushing with the correct technique
Flossing & interdental cleaning
Using the right toothbrush and tools
Healthy diet
Drinking water
Regular dental visits
Considering your medicine
Quitting smoking
Reducing stress
