Kingdom Hearts: Dearly Beloved - GDC 2024 Live Concert
Another highlight from the 2024 GDC concert, in which I got to perform KINGDOM HEARTS' "Dearly Beloved" for its composer, Yoko Shimomura. Later that day I got to present her with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the GDC Choice Awards, a singular honor that I'll never forget!
This arrangement has an interesting history. I made a special cello+piano version of this piece for a wonderful friend, for his wedding, and then my assistant Shireen adapted it into a fuller orchestra treatment for this show.
