The last part is really hard, you have to protect yourself for 30 seconds before the helicopter comes and gets you. In the Time Bro C-level, you have to use your Special skill ALL THE TIME. Try to run as fast as possible. Checkpoints will help you a lot since you don't have to do this from start to end.
