Here's the number of times you have to right click each note block (the number of dashes refers to the number of redstone ticks between each note block):
11------18--17-18-17-18-17--18--14----11------11--14--18--19----14----19----21----18--19--18--19--18

And here's the same thing but with notes instead of number of right clicks:
F------C--B-C-B-C-B--C--G#----F------F--G#--C--C#----G#----C#----D#----C--C#--C--C#--C
