Compress PDF File (Simple tool!) When Too Large to Email
If you have a too large pdf file that you need to make smaller, here's a quick tool that you can use.
In this video, I used https://smallpdf.com/compress-pdf, but you can find many alternatives if you type compress pdf into Google.
Sometimes when uploading pdfs into emailing systems or elsewhere, you can hit a document size max upload. And so this is a way to reduce the file size while maintaining good quality.
I see that with this tool, there are 2 options. A free and a pro plan. The free one is still pretty good at 40 file size reduction.
