In this video, I'll walk you through the mobile experience of the JustCall app on an Apple device, though the process is the same on the Google Play Store. We'll start by downloading and installing the JustCall Cloud Phone app. One key benefit of having this app on your phone is the flexibility it provides—you won't be tied to your computer, and you can make and receive calls on the go.
After installation, we'll log in using LastPass for convenience. The app interface closely mirrors the desktop version, with a familiar dialer at the bottom where you can input numbers or look up contacts linked from your Keep integration. When you first connect JustCall with Infusionsoft/Keap, it will sync 100 contacts every 5 minutes, gradually pulling in your entire database.
You can initiate calls or send texts directly from the app. The 'Team' section shows your team members' availability, allowing for quick internal calls. The 'Phonebook' accesses your main phone contacts, while 'Recents' displays your call history. The 'Messages' section lets you view and manage all incoming and outgoing texts associated with your JustCall numbers.
Under the 'More' tab, you can set your availability and choose to call using the default JustCall number, ensuring your business number is used instead of your personal one. This is particularly useful for maintaining professionalism.
For text messaging, you can look up a contact, select a JustCall number to text from, and use saved replies for quick responses. You can also attach media from your device or schedule texts to be sent at a later time.
