How To Get Witches in The Sims 4 - No Mods - No CC

I love to play with witches in my #thesims4 game. Since we don't officially have witches in the game I have come up with creative ways to add witches and witchcraft to my gameplay. I thought I would share how I do it without cc and without mods.
