Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Placeholder Item Glitch
While generating ARDS codes for Pokemon to trade with my friend, I found this glitch. It only happens in Diamond and Pearl, as those slots are used in HGSS/Plat. It's a placeholder item like the Teru-Sama in Gen II.
