A Rebel in London
Few cameras have been as instrumental in the transition from analog (film-based) to digital technology as the Canon EOS 300D (named Rebel in USA). The price (under $899) was much lower than for competing models, the camera had almost the same features as the significantly more expensive model 10D, and the software could be hacked and refined quite easily.
