The solution is same in #dell-optilex series 320 to #optiplex-755, 745 etc
the problem is in #bios-boot-setting is fixed and on #partition it came that
#Windows-cannot-be-installed-to-this-disk . this computers hardware may not support
booting to this disk. Ensure that #disk's-controller is enabled in the #computer's-bios-menu.
