Horizon is a very large scale overhaul of Fallout 4 that rebalances and expands the gameplay from the ground up. It contains thousands of changes, redesigned systems, and new additions to very carefully balance EVERYTHING together. Horizon is heavily focused and balanced around Survival Mode to make the game more challenging and immersive, however it can be used with any difficulty mode if you wish.
