St. Croix Avid Series Walleye Spinning Rod - ASWS70LXF - When To Use It
The St. Croix Avid Walleye 7'0" Light Extra Fast Spinning Rod is the finesse rod of the Avid Walleye lineup. This walleye rod is designed for use with 4-8lb test and light 1/8 - 3/8oz hair jigs, dropshots, live bait rigs, and other finesse presentations. The 7'0" length is long enough to make adequate casts with but still short enough to fish a bait close to the bait with ease. An extra fast tip allows baits fished on the Avid Walleye Rod to display excellent action. It also allows for solid hooksets despite the rod being a light power.
