A lot of realtors and business people are struggling. The market is slower, sales are down, and opportunities seem scarce. Some are even looking outside their industries for new options.
But challenges bring opportunity.
The boom years of 2020 and 2021 are behind us, and now most are feeling the slowdown. It’s tougher out there, but that’s exactly why now is the time to push forward.
When I started in 2009, I made almost nothing. It was tough, but I learned then what I still believe now: roll up your sleeves, work harder, and improve every day.
There’s a reason they say, “When times get tough, the tough get going.” Tough times aren’t the signal to give up—they’re the signal to dig in.
Yes, income may be lower, and the challenges may feel endless. But if you want to succeed and ride the next wave, you must keep pushing forward.

• Go to seminars
• Read books
• Surround yourself with people who lift you up and inspire you
If building a business were easy, everyone would do it.
Some seasons are smooth, some are challenging. But by moving forward step by step, we grow through consistency.
