The Modicon TM3 Bus Coupler is a I/O distributed module IP20 that allows us to communicate via Modbus Serial (TM3BCSL) , Can Open (TM3BCCO) , ModbusTCP or EthernetIP (TM3BCEIP).
If we are not using the Modicon M2xx controller we can use the "TM3 Bus Coupler IO Configurator" software to define our architecture:
