Advantages of the TRIUMPH SIGMA 50/10 I AB screw compressor:
Direct drive via a flexible coupling – a reliable design with no loss of performance and a long service life. This efficiency exceeds 99.8%, providing significant savings of over 5-6% per cubic meter of air produced.
– The HANBELL AB screw block has a long service life of 80,000 hours before bearing replacement. Hanbell's patented 5-6-blade screw rotor profile is designed for low-speed operation with high volumetric efficiency. The screw rotors feature ultra-precise geometry and high-quality bearings for discharge pressures up to 1.6 MPa.
– The compressor is equipped with an intuitive INOVANCE controller. The controller automatically shuts off the electric motor when not in use, as well as sets the required parameters directly from the control panel. Unloading is adjusted according to current air consumption. The menu is in Russian.
– Three-phase electric motor with IP55 protection, insulation class F. Energy efficiency class: constant speed – IE3, variable speed – IE2. The INOVANCE frequency converter maintains constant system pressure with an accuracy of 0.1 bar and immediately responds to changes in network pressure. Compressors with a variable frequency drive adjust capacity to actual compressed air demand, resulting in significant energy savings and stable pressure in the pneumatic system.
The screw block and electric motor are isolated from the compressor housing by vibration mounts. A level surface is sufficient for compressor installation; a larger radiator surface significantly improves oil and compressed air cooling efficiency.
Three-stage separation system. The vertically positioned oil tank reduces residual oil content in compressed air to 3 mg/m³. An oil level inspection window and a convenient oil drain valve (no special tools required) ensure convenient routine maintenance.
The independent air cooling system features an upward-exiting cooling air outlet, preventing hot air from being mixed in at the intake. Equipped with an independent electric drive, it starts operation based on temperature. This eliminates the need for a large oil circuit and additional piping, reducing the amount of oil used in the compressor.
