Pairing the Cultist Hat with the Akari you get a very Fast Paced Build with good Mod Duration.
The Rot Shot Mod will basically stop just about any Boss in it's Tracks and slow them way down and paired up with the Speed of the Akari Armor which increases your Speed for everything Melee, Reloading Speed, Firing Speed and Dodging.
The Build for Obryk is mainly to show the power of the Rot Shot Mod and that along with the Dragons Breath Mod you can really Inflict some Heavy Damage very quickly...!!!
The Gorefist Fight using the Fan Of Knives Mod on the Streetsweeper to apply Bleed along with the Corrosion of the Butchers Flail you can really lay some HEAVY Damage quickly and by using the Sawed-Off Shotgun you will Replenish Mods very Quickly keeping the Dragons Breath pumped and ready to go.
