For the first course, we prepared a cold soup, which is famous for its unusual serving, because you don’t even need to eat it hot, but on the contrary, the colder it is, the tastier it is! But for the second course, we decided to prepare a very aromatic omelet baked in the oven! And we prepared both dishes from ostrich eggs.
