Ford Explorer Touchscreen Not Responding? Replace the Digitizer (2002–2017)
Does the touchscreen in your Ford Explorer stop responding? In this video, I show how to remove the old screen and replace the *digitizer* so touch functions work again.
This fix works on older Ford Explorer models with the original infotainment screen (common on years roughly *2002–2017* before the newer SYNC 3/Android Auto style). If your touch stops working but everything else does, this may save you money over a dealer repair.
