Webinar "New law on economic crimes: the implications for companies"
The bill expanding criminal liability for economic crimes and environmental offenses was recently approved and sent to the Senate for enactment.
To fully understand the details of this bill and how it modifies Law No. 20,393 on the Criminal Liability of Legal Entities, the webinar “New Law on Economic Crimes: Implications for Companies” was held.
