The teasing continues for the Proton X70. We were at another closed doors no-camera event exploring more features of the car. This time, we learned more of the X70’s GKUI infotainment system that features a touchscreen and voice command.
The functions offered by GKUI matches up to the standards of premium vehicles and easily surpasses rivals selling in the RM150k price range.
Other noteworthy features observed is the 360-degree camera system that offers not only a birds-eye perspective, but also walkaround view like the BMW 7 Series, though not as slick.
The X70 also comes with advanced driver assistance for the range-topping premium model. Features under this umbrella include forward collision warning, autonomous emergency braking, lane departure warning, blind spot warning, active cruise control, and active high beam assist.
