These cats afflicted with mange are neighborhood strays that linger around the house asking for food everyday.
One of them has a large keloid on the back because some people here in The Philippines think it's fine to pour boiling hot water on stray cats or dogs to ward them off. It's not commonplace these days but sometimes you still can see a stray animal roaming around with hot water scars.
