Note:
Prepare 1 USB (at least 1 GB)
You use an unaffected system to create a recovery USB for the system impacted by CrowdStrike errors
1) Download Microsoft Recovery Tool to Fix CrowdStrike Impacted PCs

2) Extract above downloaded file
3) Run PowerShell as Administrator
4) Browse to the extracted folder (Use CD command) and run ./MsftRecoveryToolForCS.ps1
If you get “File cannot be loaded because running scripts is disabled on this system” error,
Run this command first:
Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned
Waite some minutes ...
If PowerShell prompt you to select a driver directory to import...Skip it by selecting “N”.
5) Select USB drive, wait some minutes ... for Tool copy files
6) Restart your device
7) Boot from your USB, above repair tool will start running automatically.
8) After completed, restart your device.
