In the previous video, we created an automation to receive an email every time there is a power outage, but this didn't allow us to get a comprehensive picture of the service quality.
For this reason, we added a log of all power status changes. We do this using Google Sheets; to do this, we modified the automation.
In this video, we also show how to configure the Gmail and Google Sheets APIs.
We also emphasize that to manage these events with our Raspberry Pi, its power supply must not be affected by power failures, we got it with a UPS before the power supply, or with a battery on the DC side.
