Unable to Join Party / Friend Cannot Join Party Issue / Bug.

WORKAROUND! Not a full fix, as a full fix would require the dev teams to make fixes on their end.
Some of my friends and A LOT of players online have been posting about this issue with zero answers on how to fix the issue.
Issue: Some players are unable to join games/party with specific other players. This does not appear to be a networking issue, instead an issue with the game and the server recognizing accounts when creating or joining a party. These players will often not get an error, but just nothing will happen when they try to accept an invite or join a party.
We were able to confirm this is not caused by NAT settings, Installation files, not running in admin mode, a compatibility issue or corrupted files.
Someone with an account that cannot join a party can use another player's account on the same device and it will work. (This isn't the work around, just another point of data for testing the issue.)
This multiplayer issue seems to go back over 10 years! I have seen posts of players asking about this exact same issue with the old MW2/3! Absolutely nuts that this has never been addressed and fixed!
