INGREDIENTS:
-2 cups warm water
-2 tablespoons grape vinegar
-1 tablespoon yogurt
-1 egg white (reserve the yolk for the topping)
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1 teaspoon salt
-5.5 cups flour

For brushing
-1 tablespoon butter
-A little more than half a teacup of oil

For the filling
-500 grams spinach
-3 green onions (you can use onions)
-1 cup cheese (you can use any cheese you like, up to 150 grams)
-Black pepper
-Salt
-Red pepper flakes

For brushing
-Egg yolk
-A couple of tablespoons of the remaining oil
