🖼️ Step-by-step Process:
1️⃣ Open MS Word
2️⃣ Go to Insert → Picture → This Device and select your passport size photo
3️⃣ Resize the image to 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm (Standard Passport Size)
4️⃣ Click on a blank area in the document
5️⃣ Go to Insert → Table and draw a 3x5 (15 cell) table
6️⃣ Select the photo and press Ctrl + X (cut the image)
7️⃣ Click inside the first cell of the table
8️⃣ Press Ctrl + V to paste the photo
9️⃣ Select the entire table and again press Ctrl + V — the photo will appear in all 15 cells
