CRT/VHS effect | Blender shader walkthrough tutorial
The animation in the beginning was hand-drawn at higher resolution and put through this shader.

I had a misconfigured noise gate on while recording this and it often cuts off the first sounds from words. Sorry about that, but i just couldnt be bothered to re-record yet again.
