How to edit 360 video in GoPro app on mobile phone ? GoPro Max Reframe allows you to adjust your camera angle and set your keyframes, look for unique perspective after you get the shot.
It's really creative way of shooting a video because you dont have to worry about perfect composition or whether you are in the frame as it records everything around you. So if you don't know how to edit gopro max video this tutorial should help you out. Currently there are two ways you can edit your 360 video from gopro max, you can either use GoPro Quick app on your mobile phone or you can use GoPro Player on Windows / Mac.
I honestly prefer to edit my short clip vidoes on quik app as the whole process is quite intiuitve and easy to use but also editing 5k video currently on windows is really hard as GoPro player doesnt support proxies or low resolution playback. On the other hand its not a problem to edit on a phone so.... i guess i dont have much choice then.

At this stage you need to decide what aspect ratio you would like to export your video in. For example a 16:9 aspect ratio gonna be good for any typical video that we see on television on youtube but if you want to share your video to social media such as instagram stories or facebook stories its better to use 9:16 aspect ratio.
Creating a keyframe is crucial in this process as once you set your camera angle and adjust your frame you need to save it somehow this is where a keyframe comes in so the app gonna remember where to move the camera orientation in your timeline. Now depending on how far one keyframe is from one another the transition gonna vary, for example if its gonna be very close the whole transition gonna happen very fast and if its quite far away it gonna take much longer time. I honestly find it quite interesting to make very fast transitions but practice it yourself and see what works for your the best.
After you selected your keyframes, you can use the scisors icon to trim your 360 video to a shorter length so you dont have to export the whole thing but only the part that interests you. Dont forget to save your video edit before you quit as it happens quite often that once you watch your entire video there is this thing or camera angle you would like to correct so instead of editing it all over again its better to save it. From there you can share either directly to social media or save the video to your phone (gallery)
