Imagine being in a huge train station, like Chamartín, with thousands of people moving around you. Now, take away your sight and add construction, noise, and a constantly changing environment. For those of us who are blind, navigating these spaces without proper signage is a completely different experience. We depend on clear tactile, auditory, and audible signals, but when they're missing or poorly positioned, every step becomes a mystery. It forces you to rely on instinct and the help of others, and that can generate anxiety and insecurity. What for many is a simple journey can be a real odyssey for us.
