With the new regulation, starting in October 2017, the requirement to use a web browser to access the Core Resource Management System (ÇKYS) and Basic Health Statistics Module (TSİM) applications has been eliminated.
To connect without using a web browser:
Download the ÇKYS application shortcut
Download the TSİM application shortcut
Note: You can save the shortcuts to your desktop and use them for future access to the relevant application.
To connect using Internet Explorer:
Click to connect to the ÇKYS application
Click to connect to the TSİM application
Note: The links above only work in Internet Explorer.
If you are having problems accessing Java applications:
Download Java 8u341 (32-bit)
Note: Java versions later than this version may experience problems accessing ÇKYS and TSİM applications. By downloading this version, you can use it on both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems. Before installing, uninstall the current Java version from your computer.
