Excel R1C1 to A1 (Change column headings from alphabets to numbers)
Your colleague just sent you an Excel file to work on, and you realized that the cells are referred to as R1C1 instead of A1. This row/column referencing creates lots of headaches for those who are used to the cell reference style instead. Let's learn how to change this back from R1C1 to A1. All it takes is a few seconds.
