Power Automate + AI Builder - How to evaluate forms and create objects in SAP
A lot of customers get scanned invoices, product information, instructions via email. This information often needs to be extracted manually and entered in an SAP System. Using Power Automate and the AI Builder it is possible to automate all these steps without writing one line of code.
Power Automate can be used to retrieve incoming attachments, then the AI Builder can evaluate the form and extract relevant information. This data can then be sent to SAP.
