Achieving Maximum Morale in Eu4

Today we embark on theory crafting an Eu4 Campaign where we stack morale. We will restrict ourselves to not doing a couple things I consider exploits, not disabling any DLC, no marches, ironman compatibility, achievement support and no custom nations.
