A detail I wanted to add about the effective HP calculations I made, those account for Damage blocked, meaning HP that the team would have lost if I didn't use my skills. It does not account for the amount of shields given, if they didn't end up getting used. Otherwise, an Artist with Hopper obviously gives more shields than a Bwang Bwang Bard, in that Gate 4 first clear, it was a 1:5 ratio even.
