Sometimes I prefer to keep my earnings on Upwork even after a quarter has already passed. But it has auto-withdrawal when the balance is $1,000 or more. Check below my trick in two steps that I use to postpone auto-withdrawal.
Step 1.
In a few days before automatic withdrawal switch from a quarterly to a monthly schedule. In the case of quarterly withdrawal, it happens on the last Monday of the month. For monthly - the last Wednesday of the month. So, changing that I’ve changed the withdrawal date from 25 Sept. to 27 Sept. and added 26 Sept. to my calendar, because it’s only one day when we can do Step 2.
Step 2.
26 September. It’s time to switch back from a monthly to a quarterly schedule. Since the last Monday of the month has passed the new quarterly period will be started. The new automatic withdrawal date is 25 December.
