Ok disappointment aside, Latte MC is quite mid imo. It has given her a bit of viability, but honestly if you have Stardust just use him he’s Latte but better. If you don’t have Stardust, then you can consider Latte Magic Candy. I guess one reason why I struggle to see how good she is is probably 1 her survivability is honestly not good, even with full DMG Resist. Compared to units like Stardust. Stardust has innate DMG Resist buffs allowing him to run full CD or full CRIT, and also he can dodge damage when he uses his skill. 2 is ya her buffs really cannot compare to Stardust. While Latte has ‘Extra DMG for targets with Amplified Debuffs’ and healing, Stardust buffs are arguably better, from increasing DMG received on the target, to nullifying all buffs on a certain enemy cookie. And sleep is an arguably better spell than Silence. And the healing isn’t really that big. DMG Resist would’ve been better.
TLDR: Stardust is better. Only consider Latte MC if you don’t have Stardust.
Side note. There is Prune Juice, buttttttt I think you can just use Stardust. Also Prune Juice shares the same problem with Latte and that he is squishy and cannot dodge damage.
And also watch out for ascension if you’re using her. My Latte ascension is wayyy too high causing me to have to use Full ATK Moonlight and Prune Juice. The recommended build for the Prune Juice team is down below. Honestly it can work with good investment.

Parfaedia Duo Team (In the scenario that Moonlight and Prune get the Whistle Buff)
Hollyberry - 4 DMG Resist + 1 CD or Full CD (Stack DMG Resist and try to get more CD. CRIT and ATK would be nice)
Prune Juice - 3 ATK 2 DMG Resist (Stack DMG Resist (30+%). CD, CRIT and ATK would be nice)
Latte - Full DMG Resist (Stack DMG Resist. CD would be nice)
Moonlight - Full DMG Resist (Stack DMG Resist (20+%). CD, CRIT and ATK would be nice)
Pure Vanilla - Full DMG Resist or 3 DMG Resist + 2 CD (Stack DMG Resist and try to get more CD. CRIT and ATK would be nice)
Treasure: Whistle, Scroll (Either one works), Watch (The Epic Version is better, but prioritise whichever you have Lvl 12)
Capsaicin Latte Team
Hollyberry - 4 DMG Resist + 1 CD or Full DMG Resist (Stack DMG Resist and try to get more CD. CRIT and ATK would be nice)
Capsaicin - 3 DMG Resist + 2 ATK or 3 DMG Resist + 1 ATK 1 CRIT (Stack DMG Resist and a bit of ATK SPD. CRIT and ATK would be nice)
Latte - Full DMG Resist or CD (Stack DMG Resist. CD would be nice)
Moonlight - Full CD (Stack DMG Resist (20+%). CD, CRIT and ATK would be nice)
Pure Vanilla - Full DMG Resist or 3 DMG Resist + 2CD (Stack DMG Resist and try to get more CD. CRIT and ATK would be nice)
Treasure: Whistle, Feather/Monocle, Watch (The Epic Version is better, but prioritise whichever you have Lvl 12)
Depending on the situation, Pure Vanilla can be replaced with BTS:
Any one of the 7 BTS Cookies - Full CD (Stack CD, CRIT and ATK. Try to avoid DMG and Crit Resist and DEF)
