When Tarkov's Weapon Customization Goes Too Far...

Jesse Halteman, aka JesseKazam, our favorite video gamer, Twitch streamer, and YouTuber again joins Brownells Gun Tech™ Caleb Savant to discuss firearms in the video game "Escape from Tarkov." While Tarkov is notable for its realistic, extremely detailed depiction of guns, some players mod up weapons - dubbed "cursed guns" -that are totally impractical in the real world but can earn them extra points in the game. Caleb has actually assembled a couple of cursed guns, starting with an AK-47 that has a folding stock, AR-15 style handguard, vertical grip, and two optics. After putting together an AR-15 with sighting options that include backup "iron" sights and a scope mount with... no scope, Caleb confirmed the wisdom of a "less is more" philosophy.
