We need to have fun. It keeps us in the game and it keeps training interesting. So Mary had an idea. She went Strava segment hunting (and surprised herself). We worked out a good route to run and picked 3 strava segment crowns that she could have a go at and see how far up the leaderboard she could get. The results were not at all what we expected but it was a great day finished off nicely by coffee and cake... obviously!
