INGREDIENTS:

Milk - 125 ml.;
Sugar - 50 grams;
Chicken egg - 1 piece;
Starch - 1.5 tbsp. spoons;
Vanilla paste - ½ tsp.
Butter - 25 grams;
For the test:
Flour - 220 grams;
Sugar - 120 grams;
Chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
Milk - 40 ml.;
Sour cream - 80 grams;
Vegetable oil - 80 ml.;
Baking dough - 8 grams;
Vanilla paste - ½ tsp;
Salt - a pinch
Baking dish 20 cm.
COOKING:
Cream:
Pour a chicken egg into a container, add sugar, vanilla paste and starch, mix everything, pour in milk and cook over low heat, constantly stirring the mixture until thick. The mixture should be homogeneous and free of lumps. Add butter and mix well. Allow to cool slightly and transfer to a culinary bag.
Dough:
1. Pour baking powder, salt into flour and mix well.
2. Pour chicken eggs into a bowl. Add sugar, vanilla paste, milk, sour cream and vegetable oil to them, mix everything with a whisk until all products are combined. Then add flour and baking powder through a sieve and mix with a spatula. The dough should be smooth and smooth.
3. Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the finished dough into a mold and smooth it out slightly. Top with a custard net.
4. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes, it all depends on the technical capabilities of the oven.
5. Allow the finished pie to cool, remove from the mold, cut into portions and serve with tea, milk or other drinks.
