ECE 510 Hardware Project Demonstration
VHDL is used to program a counter. This is tied into and Basys 3 board using a constraint file. A seven segment display file is used set values for LEDs on display. Debounce and value type conversation files are used to enhance design. Counter runs from 0-1000 up or down. It can be reset and preset to desired values.
