How to read the skill build:
Skill Name - Skill Level (Tripod Slots)
e.g. 3-3-1 means:
At Lvl 4, take the 3rd Tripod on the first row.
At Lvl 7, take the 3rd Tripod on the second row.
At level 10, take the 1st Tripod on the third row.

Should I do Infinite Chaos Dungeon?
If the cost of the trades doesn't increase, it's worth doing and you can consider buying out the shop for the mats you need every week.
If the cost of the trades goes up with each buy you make, then I would only do it if I'm missing a small amount of mats for my next upgrade, or to buy something I really need. The time you invest in Infinite Chaos Dungeon could be spent doing other contents or leveling an alt.
