If you want to start with Google Shopping Ads, first you need to sync your Shopify product feed with Google Merchant Center.
Shopify's Apps automatically syncs your products feed and relevant information about your product with the Google Merchant Center. You can then update your product listings directly from your Shopify admin.
Steps:
1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps - Visit the Shopify App Store
2. Get two apps "Feed For Google Shopping" or "Flexify: Facebook Product Feed"
3. Login to your merchant center
4. On the App Overview page, go through step by step to set up account
5. Confirm integration with Google Merchant Center
6. Submit feed
7. IMPORTANT - If you have submitted product feed for the First Time from our app, please wait for about 10 hours for Google, 4 hours for Facebook & up to 24 hours for Microsoft to list in their respective Merchant Center or Product Catalog.
