How to install Yogscast Deep Space Mine? (Minecraft modpack)

So as i hadn't seen a tutorial on how to install the mod pack that the yogscast use for their deep space mine series on minecraft. I thought i would make a quick one showing how to get it and the texture pack they use to record with.
The mod pack they use is called Material Energy 3 made by parcle31u.
