Confronting a groomer on discord.... (Nerdemote)
After talking to multiple people about this situation and getting multiple opinions. There's a widespread of laws on this so for that reason all i'm gonna do about this situation is spread the word about it because what nerdemote did resulted in his victim doing the same thing to someone else a few years later. there's a lot of power imbalance in this situation and it is still a felony when you look into it but for the most part i'm more focused on the grooming aspect. This whole call nerd just tried justifying and lying about what his age was at the time so don't let the recording make you believe what they had was normal because it isn't and i'll be releasing a doc on this going into a bunch more other things. This situation happened 2 years ago and the victim at the time has been affected greatly by it and even nerdemote knows that.
Minnesota Statute § 617.247 makes it illegal to possess, receive, or distribute sexual images of anyone under 18.
