00:00 - Use ProperSoft PDF2QBO to convert PDF bank and credit card statements to QBO (Web Connect) format and import into Quickbooks.
00:09 - Start a PDF2QBO converter and open a PDF file.
00:13 - Review transactions before converting, check that dates are correct, have the correct year, deposits, and withdrawals are in correct places.
00:22 - Set INTU.BID number to match your bank or use a default value.
00:26 - Set the Account ID (number) and the Account Type.
00:29 - For multiple accounts, use a different account ID for each account.
00:34 - In Quickbooks, disconnect the account from online services first if needed.
00:45 - To import a QBO file, select 'File' - 'Utilities' - 'Import' - 'Web Connect', select created QBO file, and select an existing account to import transactions.
00:59 - Open Bank Feeds, and assign vendor records and expense/income accounts and add transactions to the register.
